nidamind caelioncrm devdjinn thewoofback dooryard mobouros labs

Seven products, all built in-house. Each one has its own site with the full story.

Stage 1 · Identify

NidaMind

nidamind.com →

Know what to build before you build it.

Most product ideas start as a hunch. NidaMind starts with evidence. It reads what people complain about in public, finds the complaints that keep coming back, and tells you which ones are worth building, who has the problem and who is already trying to fix it.

  • Ideas come from real complaints, not guesses
  • Each idea comes with its likely buyer, its competitors and a first build plan
  • Spots the same complaint however people word it
  • Updates around the clock
Stage 2 · Architect

CaelionCRM

caelion.app →

A CRM that works the room, not just stores it.

Most CRMs wait for you to type things in. CaelionCRM watches your email, calendar and the tools you already use, then does the next step itself: it sends the follow-up, updates the record and flags the deal that has gone quiet. You get a note of what it did.

  • Logs your relationships for you
  • Drafts follow-ups and flags deals going cold
  • Works inside your existing tools, no new app to open
Stage 3 · Build

Dev Djinn

Your work, woven into one map.

Half-finished branches, decisions lost in old chats, notes in five places, and nothing linking a broken deploy to the change behind it. Dev Djinn runs in the background and pulls all of it into one map you can search, share and pick up tomorrow.

  • Shows work in progress, not just finished tickets
  • Keeps a record of what an AI assistant changed and why
  • Tells you what has stalled, what is late and what just broke
  • Runs on your machine, so your code stays there
Stage 4 · Launch

thewoofback.com

thewoofback.com →

An entire growth department, in one system.

Give it a topic and it researches, writes and publishes the piece. Then it tracks where you rank, which AI assistants quote you, who visited and who got in touch. It runs one brand or fifty, finds new clients, and with Fieldwork built in it also makes UGC video ads from a brief.

  • Publishes finished articles, every figure linked to its source
  • Tracks Google rankings and AI assistant mentions
  • Turns readers into leads and sends them to your inbox or CRM
  • Fieldwork: UGC video ads from script to scheduled post, checked before anything is paid for
  • Monthly client reports, written for you
Stage 5 · Scale

DoorYard

dooryardapp.com →

The most under-used asset in home services is a route that is already moving.

A crew already parked on your street can mow one more lawn for almost nothing extra. DoorYard offers that spare slot, at a set price, to the neighbours who asked to hear about it, and they book it with one tap.

  • Offers only go out when a crew is close by
  • You pay for booked jobs, not leads
  • Two extra jobs a day is around $1,600 a month
  • One tap to book, no app to install
Stage 5 · Scale

mobouros

mobouros.com →

Automated outreach, sent from your own reputation.

An automated cold email platform, in the same space as Instantly. Campaigns send through your own Amazon SES account, so the sending reputation is yours and nobody shares your IPs. mobouros warms your inboxes, sends the follow-ups and stops the moment someone replies. Coded and built, and in internal testing now.

  • Bring your own SES, with guided SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup
  • Inbox warm-up and rotation
  • Multi-step sequences with A/B tests, stopped on reply
  • Every reply in one inbox, sorted by intent
  • Lead finder with verified emails

Vervelio Labs

verveliolabs.com →

We break our own agents first, so nobody else gets to.

Everything above touches real data and takes real actions, which makes it a target. Vervelio Labs is our in-house red team. It hides instructions in documents, tricks agents into misusing their tools and tries to get data out, then helps close each hole. Now it does the same for other teams building with AI.

  • Two-week red-team sprints on one AI app or agent
  • Findings ranked by severity, with steps to reproduce
  • A retest after fixes, and a signed letter for your customers
  • Every Vervelio product is tested before launch

We make our own software.

NidaMind, CaelionCRM, thewoofback.com and four more. We pick a problem, build the product and run it ourselves.

We introduce engineers to business founders.

If you can build but can't sell, or you can sell but can't build, we find you the other person and help you both get started.

We build your product with you.

We reuse what we already made for our own products, like sign-in, payments and dashboards, so yours reaches customers sooner.

Stage 1 Identify

Find a problem people already complain about, and check they would pay to have it fixed. Most ideas stop here.

See it in NidaMind →
Stage 2 Architect

Pick the stack, sketch the data and set the limits before writing code. Start from the parts we have already built.

See it in CaelionCRM →
Stage 3 Build

Sign-in, billing, monitoring and deploys are already done, so the time goes into what makes the product different.

See it in Dev Djinn →
Stage 4 Launch

Put it in front of real users, with monitoring and a way to roll back. Then change it based on what they actually do.

See it in thewoofback.com →
Stage 5 Scale

Make it faster, add what customers ask for, and carry what we learned into the next product.

See it in DoorYard and mobouros →

What we're working on now, and where each one really stands.

BUILDING
KrispyVibes: event solutions

Apps for weddings, company events, training days and cruises. Guests scan a code on the table, then take photos, record short video toasts and leave voice notes, and it all collects into one shared album the hosts keep. Event planners can run it under their own brand.

BUILDING
Trustobouros: reviews and referrals

The review side of mobouros. Reviews only from real customers, no money taken to change or hide one. It asks for reviews on Trustobouros, Google and Facebook, and tracks referrals from the first search to proof of revenue.

DESIGN
Accounting Hero

Accounting and payroll. Scoped, in design. No code committed yet.

DESIGN
Stock tracking

Rooted in Detroit.

Detroit has rebuilt itself more than once, by people who made things with their hands. That is how we like to work too.

Our aim is simple: remove whatever stands between a good idea and shipped software. Good ideas should get built whether or not the person who had them can code or sell, so we put the two halves together, and our own products show it works.

We are based here, and we work with founders and engineers wherever they are.
